1. Bend

Bend is very popular destination for mountain bikers, with an extensive network of trails that cater to all levels of riders. The Phil's Trail Complex is a must-ride destination for any mountain biker visiting Bend.

 

2. Oakridge

Oakridge is often considered the mountain biking capital of Oregon. With over 350 miles of singletrack trails, it offers a wide range of options for all skill levels.

 

3. Hood River

Hood River is known for its excellent windsurfing and kiteboarding, but it's also a great spot for mountain biking. The Post Canyon Trail system is one of the most popular in the area, offering challenging terrain and stunning views.

 

4. Willamette National Forest

The McKenzie River Trail is a 26-mile trail that winds through the beautiful Willamette National Forest. It's a challenging ride, but the scenery and waterfalls along the way make it well worth the effort.

 

5. Falls City
