Dangerous snowpack and flooding across Yosemite Valley
Due to heavy snowmelt, Yosemite Valley's Merced River has overflowed, causing flooding throughout the area. The valley was closed on Friday evening, with closures expected to last until Monday due to rapidly rising temperatures.
